Sianne

Description

Slender, yet well muscled throughout her body, she is roughly 5'7" in height and weighs around 130 pounds. Long, thick mousy brown hair cascades about her shoulders as well as down her back. Darker strands of burnt cinnamon flirt amongst the plainer ones, adding a hint of fire to the otherwise dull color of her locks. Intense jade eyes, with flecks of amber, are framed by curling mahogany lashes help to offset her square jaw and pert pug nose. A full sensuous mouth, with lips of dark rose, completes her rather expressive face. A long torso, with an ample bust line, tapers into a small waist before flaring outward the swell of her hips, trailing down the length of her muscle rounded legs. Each curve on her body adds the unmistakable look of femininity.

Soft blue hugs her upper body in the form of a simply cut shirt, complete with a scooped neckline that shows off just a hint of skin and curves. The long sleeves end in cuffs at the wrists; small wooden buttons make the closure there secure but not overly tight. The hemline ends just above the top of her pants, so that with each move of her torso a fair bit of her midriff is bared to show off her belly button and the small gold hoop that hangs there. Hip to ankle is covered in material of inky black, which clings to her legs just tightly enough to move with her but not skin tight. Often covered in a fine layer of dust and grime, her black boots start at mid-calf and end at the tips of her toes. Worn or carried over an arm is a black leather flight jacket, it's showing wear but it good condition with it's heavily padded shoulders to protect from the sharpness of firelizard claws.

On one shoulder of her jacket Sianne wears a intricate knot of made up one black cord and one gold cord with a third cord of gold to denote her lifemates color to show that she is a current Sr. Weyrwoman. On the left side front she wears a patch of black sand dunes set on a field of gold, denoting her as belonging to Igen Weyr.

History

Sian was your typical child growing up at Fort Hold, she was in and out of the great doors, begging treats from the cooks and minding the nannies when it suited her to do so. While quiet, Sian was always soaking up things like a sponge. She could rattle off all the names of the littles in the hold in age from youngest to oldest by the time she was three turns, and could offer up a smile that could charm the socks of even the most tired resident.

With growing up, came a maturity that always made the girl seem older then she really was. Though her maturity also lead to the girl being left to her own devices more often then not, and that's where the trouble would start. Sian loved to be places that most young girls really shouldn't be, and for her that was in the stables messing with the runners that were often labled 'wild' or hard to manage. If it weren't for the girls quiet ways and reassuring touch, the stablemaster would have ousted her with the toe of his boot. Turns rolled past, and knowledge of runners was gained along with any other things she could pick up as well.

All things gleaned from traders, watchriders, crafters and more was quickly tucked away in her nimble mind to be passed on to others when she deamed the time was right. So for now she can be found grooming runners while dressed like a lad, or mending clothing before the fire while trading gossip with the other woman of the hold.

Firelizards

Bronze Starburst
Surprisingly delicate wingsails, for one built so sturdily, flutter slightly from the wisps of air around him. Tiny spots, like a millon burning stars spread out in the infinity of the dark void, as golden sandspots taint his dark wingsails. At the shoulder joint, new muscles strain through the otherwise dark midnight bronze of his hide. Neckridges, a deeper shade, jut out from his profiled form. Dull steel colored talons dig in, golden touched fingers entrenching the bronze to this spot. Two spirals of a soft golden hued bronze wrap upwards, like a thin gauzy veil, snaking up his arms and fluttering in an invisible breeze along his ribs. The wide chest; heavy muscled legs; long, thick neck; and his slightly large head combine to form a powerful force, who's grace has yet to be seen.

Green Hurricane
This lady is one of those shades of green that makes one wince, vibrant, bright, glowing emerald green. This base shade mutes across her headknobs and neck, paled by the flickers of pale seablue that seem to weave across her hide, darting here and there, meandering down her ridges and neck to partner with glints of gold along her wingjoints. Wavering fields of brown mass flicker across her wingsails, slipping down to grace her underbelly and shade it to a moss shade. Her back and tail are dusted with shades of bronze that seem to give her an antiqued glaze along her haunches, making the brighter areas of her hide all the more startling as she flexes golden talons on a whim.

Dragon

Wild West Agate Gold Sakrienth
Body contours are rounded and smooth as though every line and surface of this glossy beauty has been polished for eons in a rapidly flowing stream. This queen's hide is a pale amber color, washed smooth and varnished with a delicate red-tinge that evenly coats the agate base, adding a touch of warmth and softness to her smooth form. A few tiny speckles of dark ochre on the ride side of her rounded muzzle follow her subtle jaw line, curving up to her broad and ill-defined 'knobs where at last the imperfections disappear from her agate hued hide. The brilliance of color dims along her 'spars, fading to a pale buttery red color along the wingsails. The thinness of this delicate tissue is slightly light permeable, enabling the dull color to catch the light and produce vibrant golden color. Even the tail of this dragon is smooth and rounded, coming to a rather abrupt and blunt end. Perhaps the only portion of this gold which is not gently rounded and smooth would be her paws, tipped in sharp and distinct talons. These singular points, coupled with the outlines of powerful muscles along her back and in her legs hint at the queen's true strength and nature.
